Welcome to my blog. I am an ex-academic who started writing movie reviews for www.bookmans.com in 2005. Bookman’s is a used bookstore in Tucson where I worked for 8 years. Initially trained in the visual arts, I have also done quite of bit writing over the years. I self-published one book that included several drawings and I have two more in process. I see the blog as an extension of my interests, movies, books, sports, the arts, and politics. I would encourage responses to the blog.
